The former Kohler factory in Searcy was thoughtfully reimagined as the new home for Fellowship Bible Church. The 45,000-square-foot building was fully renovated to include a large open lobby and a 700-seat worship center designed to serve the growing congregation.

The exterior was completely revitalized with new storefront glazing, metal panel cladding, and covered walkway canopies. The dramatic before-and-after transformation highlights the potential of adaptive reuse.
