Programming
Programming consists of the gathering of information necessary to produce a design that satisfies the client’s program. An understanding of goals, vision and needs is critical to a successful project. We will assist you in defining the program.

Design
We approach each design without pre-conceived ideas. We incorporate our experience with the client’s program to create a design that is specific to each client.

Construction Documents
Construction Documents are the plans and specifications that will be required to bid and construct your project. A superior set of documents is vitally important to the success of the project. Engineering services such as plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, civil and acoustical are provided as needed.

Construction Services
We serve as the client’s representative during the construction process. Services include job site inspections, assistance in the selection of colors and finishes, review and approval of contractor payment requests and management of changes. We strive to keep the client informed and involved.

Computer Graphics
Communicating a design to the client is a critical step to ensure an understanding of the proposed project. In today’s digital environment, the best method of communication is computer graphics. We offer three-dimensional images ranging from simple computer sketches to formal renderings.

Site Evaluation
If engaged early in the planning process, we can assist our clients by evaluating the feasibility of a site prior to its acquisition.

Master Planning
A master plan is a long-range, systematic development plan that allows an organization to expand in an orderly and efficient manner. Simply put, it is a strategy for growth. It is critical that current construction fit into a long-range plan of development. As each new facility is planned, it should function properly with all previously constructed facilities. Each phase is designed to meet the short-range needs and, at the same time, fitting into the long-range plan.

Sound and Video Systems
Many projects, especially worship and conference facilities, require sound and video systems to enhance the experience and achieve their communication goals.

Interior Design
We maintain a licensed interior designer on staff to assist our clients with the selection of materials and colors.

Green Building Design
Many clients are interested in incorporating a “green” aspect to their projects, ranging from a few simple, yet responsible, items to a fully certified facility. Our trained personnel can assist in making the right decisions and implementing the necessary plans.
